- When your sauna ships, we will email you the shipping date, delivery window, and a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
- On the day of delivery, we will contact you to confirm you will be home and provide a two hour window.
- You will also receive a call approximately thirty minutes before arrival.
- Your sauna will arrive on a truck equipped with a lift for safe unloading. It will be packed in a sturdy timber crate. The driver will bring the crate onto your property, typically into your driveway. If access allows, it will be placed in a spot that suits you. If access is restricted, it will be left safely in your driveway or at the curb while you are present, so it is not left anywhere you do not want.

04 How does the shipping process work on the day of arrival?
On the day your sauna arrives, you will receive:
- A confirmed two-hour arrival window
- A phone call approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival
The truck is equipped with a lift for safe unloading, ensuring secure handling of your sauna.
05 What if I'm not home when my sauna arrives?
You'll receive a call on the morning of delivery. If you're not going to be home, we can arrange a more suitable delivery date that works for you.
06 Will the driver help me move the crate to my desired location?
